My husband and I met with Ryan to discuss my retirement insurance options. Ryan was thorough and thoughtful in considering our options given our pre-interview responses. I had a recent life change and needed to insurance. I have worked with two people there--Kristie and Morgan. Here is what I liked:1) Good initial meeting--got to know me a my needs.2) Attention to detail--what doctors are covered, what meds are covered, what are copays.3) What are costs, copays, max out of pocket--all addressed.4) This one is important! If I had a question and they did not know the answer right away--great intellectual integrity acknowledged did not know but then got back to me with the answer after finding the correct information. In todays medical insurance environment no one (I mean NO ONE) can know it all off the top of the head. The dangerous temptation is to make up answers--there was none of that.5) No sense of urge to upsell. They explained to me the pros and cons of going with them versus another option (COBRA).6) Timely response to messages and e-mails.Bottom line--from me. If you need to research health insurance options I recommends Steinlage.

I am about to turn 65 and was completely dreading the whole Medicare complexity. I had my appointment with Ryan and wright off the bat. He made me feel at ease with both his warmth, confidence and humor. He is probably the first insurance person I have ever spoken with that made insurance sound relatively easy and digestible by the end of the conversation I was confident in the choice that I would make and felt very supported by him all along the way. I highly recommend him.

Steinlage Insurance & Karl have been our insurance agent for the company I work for so I reached out to him to ask for recommendations for my Mother and Step Father with adjusting their Medicare coverage & supplements due to relocating from SC to MO.
