I was sent an email that my supplement vendor was raising prices, I needed to talk with an agent. I gave them a few options, one was picked, and within a few minutes of that time one called. She told me what they expected, gave me a few options, I chose one and she said she'd start the process immediately. By the next day I already heard from the new vendor so I knew the agent had done as she said she would.
