SMS Terms & Conditions
- Program Description: SMS text messages aimed at current and prospective clients of Wm H Steinlage Insurance Agency, Inc. Text messages will consist of a combination of topics, some of which include scheduling appointments, appointment reminders, rescheduling appointments, answering clients’ questions, policy submission updates, eligibility and coverage requirements, applying for Medicare, signing up for ACA Marketplace plans, prescription & health benefit inquiries, and 2-way conversations.
- Frequency: Message frequency will vary.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text us STOP. Once you send us a STOP message, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed to SMS text messaging with Wm H Steinlage Insurance Agency, Inc. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS text messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the word HELP for more assistance, or get help by directly emailing us at info@steinlageinsurance.com.
- Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
