Steinlage Insurance Agency is looking to hire a Broker’s Assistant. Our home office is located at 10890 Veterans Memorial Parkway in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

We are a family run independent insurance agency focusing on the new Affordable Care Act and Senior Health Insurance. Our unique niche is growing at a rapid pace (over 10,000 people turn 65 and enter into our target market every day!) and our agency is ready to expand. We are looking for a full time Broker’s Assistant. The position has endless opportunity for growth and income potential.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain agency email list and monthly email marketing campaigns;
Assist in lead generation through online activity, phone, and referrals;
Help with office admin activities;
Handle clients with general insurance needs (ordering new ID cards, troubleshooting common issues over the telephone);
Work with Google Apps for Business;
Implement an SEO strategy for the insurance agency through blog posts and other online SEO processes; and
Maintain and organize the agency via Social Media platforms.
Qualifications needed:
BA in Business
Web design
Strong understanding of online marketing
Self Motivator
Sales experience preferred but not necessary
Insurance experience also preferred but not necessary
Preferred degree: Interactive Media and Web Design (BA) or Marketing (BA/BS).
