She provided very good information and was able to answer all of our questions and make recommendations when we asked for some - along with rationale for a choice and alternatives. We were able to discuss the plans going forward, the reasons for our choices, and what to expect. She was able to get us signed up into our chosen plan in time for our Part B to start.
